On July 1, Laurier Ouest vibrated to the rhythm of jazz with two OFF JAZZ performances presented as part of the 45th Festival International de Jazz de Montréal and the 150th anniversary of the Outremont district. A festive occasion marked by music, encounters and the discovery of Chien Champion‘s original work on the public piano in Place Kate-McGarrigle, realized thanks to the support of Benjamin Moore. This event brought together many of the district’s key players to celebrate Canada Day, and was part of our summer cultural program for the avenue: Spotlight on Laurier W

Two exclusive events

June 11, 2025

We were delighted to host “An Evening on Laurier” on June 11. This VIP shopping event, organized for The Study‘s major donors, was aimed at raising funds for their Empowerment Fund. In collaboration with the Opéra de Montréal and the Musée des Beaux-Arts, some thirty women were able to discover the exceptional range of women’s fashion on the avenue.

In collaboration with Fashion Preview Montréal, we orchestrated a discovery tour bringing together 45 hand-picked guests: concierges from major Montreal hotels-@lesclefsdormontreal– as well as several journalists, content creators & influencers, a major PR event.

This year, we’re proud to have donated gift bags of unprecedented value, totaling nearly $17,000 ! Your exceptional contributions made it possible to spoil our brand guests, who play a crucial role in the Avenue’s outreach.

Laurier W at the UNIO Gala!

We’re incredibly proud of the companies that distinguished themselves at the recent UNIO gala organized by the South Central West Chamber of Commerce (CCCSOM). Congratulations to our finalists: Spa Dentaire Laurier, Boutique 5e Avenue, Patrice Brunet Avocats, Pâtisserie Mélilot, and Léa Bégin of Beauties Lab! It’s a wonderful recognition of the dynamism of our avenue.

Congratulations also to Billie le Kid for their special mention from the Jury, and to Agriculture du Coin, winner in the Sustainable Development category. Finally, our Mile End en Fête festival won in the Tourist Industry category. Many thanks to all!

Embellishment and landscaping !

If you’ve taken a stroll down the avenue this spring, you’ve no doubt noticed the new look of Laurier Ouest. Freshly deployed banners, designed by the Paprika agency, redefine the visual identity of the thoroughfare with a bold, elegant graphic signature. As for the Peacock boutique, a floral design carefully conceived around two seasonal themes adds a touch of freshness and color. Every detail has been thought out to make Laurier Ouest a lively, distinctive and always inspiring place.
